Amends AS 41.21.304(14) to add approximately 251.3 acres of land and water to the Funter Bay marine park unit, including specific sections and tracts in Township 42 South, Range 64 East, Copper River Meridian, and additional sections and submerged lands.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to amend the management plan for the Funter Bay marine park unit to incorporate the newly added state land and water.

Mandates the management plan amendment must protect the social and historical significance of the Unangax̂ cemetery located within the park.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
