Requires public schools to display in a prominent location the names of teachers who have achieved national board certification.

Establishes a legislative goal that at least four percent of public school teachers in Alaska will have achieved national board certification by 2025.

Defines "national board certification" as certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.

Repeals the legislative goal provision on July 1, 2026.
