Prohibits the Alaska Court System from publishing the names of petitioners in protective order proceedings under AS 18.65.850-18.65.870 or AS 18.66.100-18.66.180 on publicly available websites.

Directs the Alaska Court System to remove petitioner names from its publicly available case records website for protective order proceedings filed before the bill's effective date, to the extent practicable.

Amends Alaska Rules of Administration Rule 37.8(a) to add party names protected under AS 22.35.030(b) to the list of case-related information that cannot be published online.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law.
