Prohibits state agencies, municipalities, the University of Alaska, and school districts from banning individuals from wearing tribal regalia or carrying objects of traditional cultural significance at public events.

Defines "public event" to include award ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, public meetings, and other events held or sponsored by covered state entities.

Defines "tribal regalia" as clothing, accessories, and objects of cultural significance worn or carried during traditional tribal ceremonies, celebrations, or gatherings.

Requires the Department of Administration to notify each federally recognized tribe in Alaska of this Act through written or electronic copy.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
