Modifies core academic curriculum requirements for Alaska performance scholarship eligibility by adding career and technical education as a standalone option alongside foreign language and Alaska Native language courses.

Option (B) pathway now allows two years of career and technical education (with one year including two semesters of sequentially more rigorous content within a career cluster) in place of two years of foreign language or Alaska Native language.

Option (C) pathway allows one year of career and technical education to count toward social studies requirements, plus two years of foreign language or Alaska Native language, reducing the science requirement from four to three years.

Adds definition of "career cluster" as a group of jobs and industries related by skills or products in the statute's definitions section.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements including state residency, high school graduation within six months, minimum 2.5 GPA, standardized test scores, and enrollment at a qualified Alaska postsecondary institution.
