Allows individuals with ownership interest in milk-producing animals to pay or reimburse other owners for boarding, milking, care, and sharing of raw milk and raw milk products.

Permits part owners of shared milk-producing animals to share raw milk or raw milk products only with other owners of the same animal, only if produced exclusively by the owners, and only when provided directly between owners.

Prohibits any person from selling raw milk or raw milk products.

Prevents the department from imposing requirements on sharing or transfer of raw milk between animal owners beyond those specified in the statute.

Defines "raw milk" as unpasteurized milk and "raw milk product" as raw milk or any product or byproduct derived from raw milk.
