Commissioner of Revenue shall pay supplemental permanent fund dividends for 2016, 2017, and 2018 to each individual who received dividends in those years.

Supplemental dividend amounts are calculated by dividing the appropriated funds from the earnings reserve account by the number of individuals who received dividends in each respective year.

Each supplemental payment (2016, 2017, and 2018) is contingent on the Thirty-First Alaska State Legislature passing and enacting appropriations from the earnings reserve account before June 30, 2019.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment under Alaska law.
