Prohibits the Department of Health and Social Services from requesting, accepting, or attempting to renew or extend waivers of work requirements or time limits for able-bodied adults without dependents in the food stamp program under 7 U.S.C. 2015(o)(4)

Allows the department to continue implementing any existing waiver that is in effect before the effective date of the Act

Bars the department from requesting or accepting new waivers or renewing or extending current waivers on or after the effective date of the Act

Requires the department to notify food stamp program participants of changes implemented by this Act and terminate benefits for households that become ineligible due to waiver expiration
