Requires the four public members of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation Board of Trustees to be separately confirmed by a majority of the legislature in joint session.

Changes reappointment language for public board members to require confirmation by a majority of the legislature in joint session for terms of four years.

Requires legislative confirmation for any board vacancy filled by gubernatorial appointment, with interim appointment authority allowed when legislature is not in session.

Does not apply confirmation requirements to board members already serving on the January 1, 2020 effective date, only to future appointments and reappointments.
