Removes prohibition on candidates accepting campaign contributions from individuals who are not Alaska residents at the time the contribution is made.

Repeals AS 15.13.072(e), which previously contained exceptions to the nonresident contribution restrictions.

Maintains existing restrictions on contributions from persons not authorized by law, groups organized under laws of another state, and registered lobbyists whose contributions violate specific statutes.

Renumbers remaining prohibited contributor categories after deletion of the nonresident individual restriction.
