Appropriates $73,538,329 to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for federal program matching requirements across capital projects.

Allocates $12,000,000 for Federal-Aid Aviation State Match and $60,000,000 for Federal-Aid Highway State Match.

Includes $1,300,000 for Other Federal Program Match and $238,329 for Highway Safety Grants Program.

Funding sources include $68,015,000 from General Fund Match, $238,329 from Unrestricted General Fund Receipts, and $5,285,000 from Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority Dividend.

Appropriations are retroactive to July 1, 2019, and take effect immediately under Alaska law.
