Amends AS 45.65.010(b) to allow use of the "Made in Alaska" emblem for literary and musical works that are reproduced outside the state, provided the work was originally written, composed, or produced in Alaska.

Permits the "Made in Alaska" emblem for out-of-state reproductions if publishing occurs in Alaska and the reproductions are distributed from an Alaska location.

Defines "literary or musical work" to include works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, dramatic plays, comedic plays, musical compositions, and musical performances.

Defines "reproduction" to include paper copies, video copies, and compact disc copies of literary and musical works.
