Requires the University of Alaska to establish an Office of Public Policy Events at each campus to organize debates, forums, and lectures addressing public policy issues from diverse perspectives.

Office must invite speakers with diverse viewpoints, including those not affiliated with the university and holding underrepresented perspectives on campus.

Office shall maintain a public calendar (print and online) listing all policy events with speaker names, institutional affiliations, and sponsoring organizations.

Office must video record all events and make recordings available online within 10 business days for at least five years, and permanently in University of Alaska libraries.

University may assign these duties to an existing administrative office if it designates an administrator as the director of public policy events for that campus.
