Adopts the "Alaska Coordinate System of 2022" as an official coordinate system for Alaska, alongside the existing 1927 and 1983 systems established by the National Geodetic Survey.

Zone parameters and characteristics of all Alaska Coordinate Systems are defined by the National Geodetic Survey maintained by the National Ocean Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as of the effective date of the act.

Coordinates using the Alaska Coordinate System of 2022 are expressed in meters and decimals of a meter, consistent with the 1983 system.

Use of the term "Alaska Coordinate System of 2022" on maps, survey reports, or documents is limited to coordinates actually based on that system.

Establishes that public land survey descriptions take precedence over coordinate descriptions in cases of conflict, and does not require purchasers or mortgagees to rely exclusively on any coordinate system description.
