Adds new section AS 09.55.552 to provide civil liability immunity for consulting physicians who provide uncompensated advice about patients.

Immunity applies when the consulting physician does not examine or treat the patient, has no prior relationship with the patient, and receives no compensation for the consultation.

Immunity does not apply if the consulting physician is on call, serving as locum tenens, in a supervisory relationship with the requesting physician, or required to provide services under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act.

Prohibits courts from reducing liability or damages against the requesting physician based on the consulting physician's immunity status.

Defines "consulting physician" as a physician licensed under AS 08.64 who provides advice to another physician and specifies applicable health care facility types.
