Amends Alaska's coercion statute (AS 11.41.530) to add taking or withholding action against a legislator as a coercive threat, including reduction in staff, travel authorization, committee assignment, or favorable legislative caucus position.

Amends Alaska's bribery statute (AS 11.56.100) to add a new offense of conferring benefits on a public servant with intent to bind a legislator's vote on any measure.

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
