• Appropriates $1,242,259,325 total for capital projects and grants across state agencies for fiscal year 2020, with funding from general funds, federal receipts, and other sources.

• Allocates major funding to Department of Transportation/Public Facilities ($1,003,388,329), including $690 million for surface transportation, $198.7 million for airport improvements, and rural airport programs.

• Provides significant appropriations for water infrastructure ($64.8 million for village safe water and wastewater projects), housing programs ($22.6 million through Alaska Housing Finance Corporation), and environmental conservation ($68.8 million).
