Appropriates $1,061 per eligible individual from the earnings reserve account for 2016 dividend recipients eligible for the 2019 permanent fund dividend, effective immediately for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Appropriates $1,289 per eligible individual from the earnings reserve account for 2017 dividend recipients eligible for the 2020 permanent fund dividend, effective July 1, 2020 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Appropriates $1,328 per eligible individual from the earnings reserve account for 2018 dividend recipients eligible for the 2021 permanent fund dividend, effective July 1, 2021 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

Appropriates amounts authorized under AS 37.13.145(b) for transfers by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation for fiscal years ending June 30, 2020-2023 to cover permanent fund dividend payments.

Appropriations in subsections (a)-(c) are contingent on passage of a separate bill directing the commissioner of revenue to include certain payments for 2016-2018 permanent fund dividends with 2019-2021 dividend payments.
