Appropriates $6,500,000 from the general fund to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to match federal receipts for highway disaster repair during fiscal years ending June 30, 2019, and June 30, 2020.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for uninsured damage to state facilities caused by the southcentral earthquake.

Capitalizes the disaster relief fund with $46,002,333 in federal receipts and $21,901,715 from the general fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, with these appropriations designated not to lapse.
