Amends AS 14.30.361 to add requirements for sex education, human reproductive education, and human sexuality education programs in Alaska schools.

Requires programs to be age-appropriate and medically accurate, covering physiological development, pregnancy, parenting, and sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS, HPV, and hepatitis.

Mandates curriculum teaching abstinence as the preferred and expected standard for unmarried students, emphasizing it as the only 100 percent effective way to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

Prohibits instruction or advocacy regarding sexual intercourse details, homosexuality, gender identity or expression, contraceptive methods, sexual activity out of wedlock, and means encouraging violation of criminal law.

Prohibits teaching or promoting religious doctrine but allows discussion of moral, ethical, or religious views related to sexual activity.
