Declares hydroelectric development and operation at Nuyakuk River Falls a compatible use within Wood-Tikchik State Park if three conditions are met.

Prohibits construction of a dam that fully spans the river as part of hydroelectric development.

Requires hydroelectric projects to maintain at least 70 percent of daily upstream water flow along the natural river course.

Mandates Federal Energy Regulatory Commission licensing for any hydroelectric development after July 1, 2024.

Directs the Wood-Tikchik State Park Management Council to amend the park's management plan to conform with these new provisions, effective immediately.
