Amends Article II, Section 16 of the Alaska Constitution to change the vote threshold required to override a gubernatorial veto from three-fourths to two-thirds of the legislature for all vetoed bills.

Eliminates the existing distinction that required a higher three-fourths majority specifically for bills to raise revenue and appropriation bills.

Applies the two-thirds override threshold uniformly to all vetoed bills, regardless of type.

Requires the legislature to meet immediately in joint session upon receiving a veto message during a regular session to reconsider the vetoed bill or item.

Places the proposed constitutional amendment before Alaska voters at the next general election for approval, subject to Article XIII, Section 1 of the state constitution and election laws.
