Urges U.S. Congress to fully fund the Census Bureau for the 2020 Census and consider allowing rural residents without physical addresses to use post office boxes for participation.

Requests the governor allocate state funding for census outreach and support to target hard-to-count populations in conjunction with the Alaska Census Working Group and regional stakeholders.

Requests the governor urge the 2020 Census Alaska Complete Count Commission to hold regular meetings, prioritize accurate counts statewide, and create translated educational materials to supplement federal communications.

Encourages all municipalities in Alaska to establish local complete count commissions to maximize participation by state residents.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor of Alaska and members of the Alaska Congressional delegation.
