Supports a constitutional amendment stating the U.S. Constitution does not grant constitutional rights to corporations or artificial entities.

Seeks to authorize the federal government to limit expenditures of money used to influence elections and public policy.

Aims to overturn the 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (558 U.S. 310), which granted corporations unlimited political spending rights.

Notes that 20 state governments and four Alaska local governments (Kenai Peninsula Borough, Homer City Council, Sitka, and Anchorage) have already passed similar resolutions.

Requires copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, Senate Majority Leader, and Alaska's congressional delegation.
