Urges Alaska's Congressional delegation to implement a renewable energy testing program in the state and direct federal resources toward that effort.

Supports the development and testing of renewable energy resources including wind, hydro energy, biomass, tidal energy, solar power, geothermal energy, and biofuels.

Recognizes Alaska's hundreds of isolated remote microgrids and high diesel energy costs in rural areas as creating unique opportunities for renewable energy project testing.

Encourages entrepreneurs to develop renewable energy projects and positions Alaska as a potential leader and export center for cutting-edge renewable energy technology.

Requires copies of the resolution be sent to U.S. Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan and U.S. Representative Don Young.
