Speaker of the House of Representatives determines committee membership size, appoints members, and designates one or more members to chair the committee

Committee may meet during and between sessions of the Thirty-First Alaska State Legislature

Committee is terminated upon the convening of the First Regular Session of the Thirty-Second Alaska State Legislature
