Appropriates $1,944,000,000 from the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation earnings reserve account to the dividend fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Funds are designated for payment of permanent fund dividends and associated administrative costs.

The appropriation is based on the amount authorized for transfer by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation on June 30, 2019.

Appropriation is classified as fund capitalization and does not lapse at the end of the fiscal year.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
