Extends confidentiality protections for addresses and telephone numbers to peace officers and correctional officers in addition to crime victims and witnesses in criminal proceedings and public documents.

Establishes an address confidentiality program administered by the Department of Administration that provides a post office box as a substitute mailing address for eligible individuals.

Allows enrollment in the program for: victims of domestic violence/stalking/sexual assault with protective orders, guardians of minors with protective orders, protected persons under AS 13.26.450-13.26.460, peace officers, and correctional officers.

Requires state and municipal agencies to accept the designated post office box as a mailing address for enrolled individuals and prohibits collection of registration fees.

Makes knowing disclosure of confidential address information about protected individuals under the program to a protective order respondent a class B misdemeanor, with program removal occurring five years after protective order expiration or employment termination.
