AK SB13

Directs the Department of Revenue to pay a supplemental permanent fund dividend to eligible individuals from funds appropriated by the legislature from the earnings reserve account to the dividend fund.

Calculates the dividend amount by dividing the total appropriated funds by the number of eligible individuals.

Defines eligible individuals as those who received a permanent fund dividend in 2016, 2017, or 2018 and are eligible for a 2019 permanent fund dividend.

Makes the supplemental dividend contingent on the legislature passing and enacting an appropriation for the supplemental dividend before June 30, 2019.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
