Amends AS 28.10.181(d) to modify special registration plates for persons with disabilities that limit or impair the ability to walk, as defined in 23 C.F.R. 1235.2.

Persons with disabilities can register one motor vehicle without charge and receive a specially designed plate displaying the international symbol of accessibility (wheelchair logo).

Disabled veterans whose disability originated from service with the Alaska Territorial Guard or armed forces receive plates displaying disabled veteran recognition, the wheelchair logo, and Alaska and United States flags in red, white, and blue colors.

Disabled veterans and disabled persons may elect to receive alternative registration plates that do not display the international symbol of accessibility and do not carry special parking privileges.

Expands acceptable proof of disability to include persons licensed as speech-language pathologists, chiropractors, physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, physical therapists, or occupational therapists.
