Appropriates $1,316,625,914 in capital funds across multiple state agencies for fiscal year 2021, funded through general fund receipts, federal receipts, and designated program revenues.

Largest appropriations include $650,000,000 for Surface Transportation Program, $214,400,000 for Airport Improvement Program, and $64,830,000 for Village Safe Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Projects.
