Prohibits persons from using unmanned aircraft systems to scout for, track, or otherwise aid in hunting and taking of game.

Prohibits hunting game birds, game animals, or fur-bearing animals within 48 hours after flying an unmanned aircraft system in the hunting area or communicating with another person who flew one in that area during the same 48-hour period.

Prohibits possession of any unmanned aircraft system component while in the field hunting on the same day.

Classifies violations as class A misdemeanors punishable under AS 12.55, with courts authorized to order forfeiture of unmanned aircraft systems and related equipment.

Defines "unmanned aircraft system" according to the meaning provided in AS 18.65.909.
