Website must display monthly revenue data (taxes, fees, donations, federal receipts) and expenditure information including payee names, amounts, transaction types, and purposes for payments over $1,000.

Website must include annual summaries of general fund revenue and expenditures by source, function, agency, and account, plus 10-year historical data on state employment, contractors, debt, and payroll by agency.

Website must provide free reference materials explaining accounting codes, allow keyword and recipient searches, and link to legislative audit division website and state procurement contract information.

Website shall be publicly available by October 1, 2021, with data maintained for at least 10 years; monthly updates begin October 1, 2022, with confidential information protected through aggregation.
