Adds definitions for "caucus" and "legislative body" to Alaska's Legislative Ethics Act by reference to AS 24.60.037(g)

Prohibits legislators from committing or binding another legislator to vote a particular way on bills, appointments, vetoes, or other measures through caucus votes

Allows legislators to vote in caucus meetings on matters directly relating to selection of caucus officers or legislative body leaders

Permits informal polls conducted outside of full legislative body meetings to determine how other legislators may vote on measures
