Directs the commissioner of revenue to include a $1,304 supplemental payment in the 2020 permanent fund dividend for eligible individuals.

Eligible recipients must have received a 2019 permanent fund dividend and be eligible for a 2020 permanent fund dividend.

Funds for the supplemental payment are appropriated from the earnings reserve account and may not be counted toward the calculation of the regular 2020 dividend.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
