Alaska Railroad Corporation shall convey its interest in the surface estate of six parcels of real property located in Sections 13, 14, and 23 of Township 8 North, Range 4 West, Fairbanks Meridian to the City of Nenana.

The six parcels include waterfront property along the Tanana and Nenana Rivers, specific blocks and lots within Nenana Townsite, and portions of U.S.S. No. 1138, with detailed legal descriptions of boundaries and measurements provided.

Alaska Railroad Corporation may accept cash payment equivalent to the fair market value of the land being conveyed as consideration for the transfer.

Alaska Railroad reserves a track right-of-way of 100 feet on each side of the centerline for future construction of a mainline track to serve the area west of the Nenana River.

This act constitutes legislative approval under AS 42.40.285(1) for the conveyance and takes effect immediately.
