Amends AS 47.10.093(a) to reference AS 47.17.030(g) and (h) as exceptions to child welfare information confidentiality requirements.

Adds new subsection (h) to AS 47.17.030 requiring the Department of Health and Social Services to notify a designated military authority at a duty station when a report of harm concerns a child of an active duty armed forces member.

Defines "designated authority" as a person designated by the armed forces of the United States to receive notification of reports of harm.

Prohibits designated authorities receiving this information from disclosing it to persons not authorized by law to receive it.
