Adds new section AS 09.55.552 to establish immunity from civil liability for consulting physicians, podiatrists, and osteopaths providing uncompensated professional advice.

Immunity applies when the consultant does not have a patient-provider relationship with the patient, does not examine or treat the patient, and receives no compensation for the consultation.

Immunity does not apply if the consultant is a subordinate or supervisor of the requesting physician, is serving as locum tenens, is on call, is required to provide services under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, or prepares a written report.

Prevents courts from reducing liability or damages against the requesting physician based on immunity of the consulting physician under this section.

Defines "consulting physician, podiatrist, or osteopath" as a licensed healthcare provider who gives advice to another licensed provider about a patient.
