Appropriates $1,061 per eligible individual from the earnings reserve account for supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividend payments to be distributed with 2019 dividends (fiscal year ending June 30, 2020)

Appropriates $1,289 per eligible individual for supplemental 2017 permanent fund dividend payments to be distributed with 2020 dividends (fiscal year ending June 30, 2021)

Appropriates $1,388 per eligible individual for supplemental 2018 permanent fund dividend payments to be distributed with 2021 dividends (fiscal year ending June 30, 2022)

Appropriates amounts authorized under AS 37.13.145(b) for regular permanent fund dividend transfers for fiscal years ending June 30, 2020 through June 30, 2023

Appropriations for supplemental payments are contingent on passage of a companion bill requiring the revenue commissioner to include these payments with the respective year's dividend distributions
