Removes requirement for the Alaska Department of Corrections Commissioner to cooperate with the Alaska Criminal Justice Commission when providing rehabilitation and recidivism reduction programs.

Repeals AS 22.20.210 and multiple sections of AS 44.19 (44.19.641, 44.19.642, 44.19.643, 44.19.644, 44.19.645, 44.19.646, 44.19.647, 44.19.649) that establish and govern the Alaska Criminal Justice Commission.

Repeals Section 35 of Chapter 83, SLA 2014 and its amendments related to criminal justice functions.

Repeals Section 83, Chapter 1, 4SSLA 2017, which contained provisions related to the Alaska Criminal Justice Commission.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
