Commissioner of revenue shall include additional payments of $1,061 in 2019, $1,289 in 2020, and $1,388 in 2021 in permanent fund dividends for eligible individuals.

Eligibility for 2019 payment requires receiving a 2016 permanent fund dividend and being eligible for a 2019 permanent fund dividend.

Eligibility for 2020 payment requires receiving a 2017 permanent fund dividend and being eligible for a 2020 permanent fund dividend.

Eligibility for 2021 payment requires receiving a 2018 permanent fund dividend and being eligible for a 2021 permanent fund dividend.

Funds appropriated from the earnings reserve account for these supplemental payments shall not contribute to the calculation of regular dividends for 2019, 2020, or 2021.
