Prohibits disqualification from unemployment benefits for workers or employers whose conduct relates to COVID-19, including providing care, preventing disease spread, or preventing economic loss.

Protects workers from benefit disqualification for 90 days beginning on the bill's effective date or when the worker applies for benefits, whichever is later.

Suspends limitations on waiting-week benefits under AS 23.20.375(b) for the duration of the state or national emergency.

Increases dependent allowance to $75 per week for each dependent during the emergency period and removes caps on total dependent allowances.

Bill takes effect immediately and is repealed April 1, 2021.
