AK SB48

Establishes a state energy policy goal that by 2025 at least 50 percent of energy used by state and state-funded facilities comes from clean energy sources.

Requires the Alaska Energy Authority to annually request energy percentage estimates from each state agency and state-funded facility, which must be provided.

Defines "clean energy" to include wind, solar, geothermal, wasteheat recovery, hydrothermal, wave, tidal, river in-stream, hydropower, low-emission nontoxic biomass, landfill gas, digester gas, and heat pumps.

Defines "state-funded facility" as public school buildings (excluding charter schools) and community facilities receiving power cost equalization under Alaska statute.
