Removes the deadline of the 30th legislative day of the first session for the Board of Regents to present the biennial "Alaska's University for Alaska's Schools" report on teacher recruitment and retention efforts.

Requires the Board of Regents to present the teacher recruitment report in person to legislative education committees and deliver copies to the senate secretary and house chief clerk by the 30th legislative day of the first regular session.

Creates a new semiannual accreditation report requirement assessing each instructional program's quality, effectiveness, and alignment with national, regional, and specialized accreditation standards.

Requires the semiannual accreditation report to be disaggregated by campus, school or college, program, accrediting body, accreditation dates, review cycles, and current status, with remediation plans for programs that have lost or are at risk of losing accreditation.

Mandates delivery of each semiannual accreditation report by the 30th legislative day of the first regular session (for the first report) and July 1 (for the second report), with annual in-person presentation to legislative education committees.
