Amends AS 41.21.167 to designate hydroelectric development and operation at Nuyakuk River Falls as a compatible use within Wood-Tikchik State Park under three conditions: no dam that fully spans the river, maintaining at least 70 percent of daily upstream water flow in its natural course, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission licensing after July 1, 2024.

Requires the Wood-Tikchik State Park Management Council to amend the park's management plan to conform with the new hydroelectric use authorization, with advice and assistance from the Department of Natural Resources.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
