Calls for a United States Constitutional amendment stating the Constitution does not grant constitutional rights to corporations or other artificial entities

Authorizes the federal government to limit expenditures of money used to influence elections and public policy

Seeks to overturn the 2010 United States Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (558 U.S. 310)

Notes that 20 state governments and four Alaska local governments (Kenai Peninsula Borough, Homer City Council, Sitka, and Anchorage) have already passed similar resolutions

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to federal officials including the President, Vice President, congressional leaders, and Alaska's congressional delegation
