Supports Alaska legislature ratification of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement as a replacement to the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Encourages the federal Administration to remove 25 percent steel tariffs and 10 percent aluminum tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico imposed under the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.

Requests Congress and the federal Administration call on Canada and Mexico to remove retaliatory tariffs on all U.S. goods and services exports.

Notes Canada is Alaska's third largest trading partner with $707,000,000 in state exports in 2017 supporting over 4,500 jobs.

Emphasizes North American trade tripled from $340 billion in 1993 to $1.1 trillion in 2017 under the existing free trade agreement.
