Amends Alaska Statutes Section 41.21.304(14) to add approximately 251.3 acres of state land and water to the Funter Bay marine park unit, including specific tracts in Township 42 South, Range 64 East, Copper River Meridian.

Adds multiple sections of land (Sections 2, 3, 4, 10, and 11) and various beach and mineral survey parcels with detailed boundary descriptions to the marine park.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to amend the management plan for the Funter Bay marine park unit to reflect the newly added land and water.

Mandates that the management plan amendments protect the social and historical significance of the Unangax̂ cemetery located within the park.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
