Mandates that for missing persons under 21 years of age, law enforcement must enter the report into the Alaska Public Safety Information Network and National Crime Information Center within 2 hours of receiving the report

Requires law enforcement to request removal of missing person information from the Alaska Public Safety Information Network and National Crime Information Center within 24 hours after learning the person has been located

Consolidates requirements for missing minor reports by requiring submission to the Alaska Public Safety Information Network, National Crime Information Center, and missing persons information clearinghouse in accordance with AS 18.65
