• Establishes the Alaska Military Affairs Commission in the Office of the Governor with 15 members including the lieutenant governor as chair, adjutant general, commerce commissioner, three mayors from municipalities with military installations, two military experts, one business representative, and six nonvoting members from Alaska Command, congressional staff, and state legislators.
